With more than 14 years of real estate experience under his belt, he is one of the Division Director of Singapore's Largest Real Estate Group, Preeminent Group. Andy now helms 87 divisions with >2300 agents in ERA. Achieving more than $100 Million group commission in the year 2019 and more than $126 Million in year 2020. He is appointed ERA District Division Director. Not only that, he is a Project Division Director in Avenue South Residence.
Andy has helped many of his associates and teammates to achieve their goals and improved their lifestyle by leading them a direction which is most effective, giving them trainings and 1 to 1 coaching. As he always believed " Leave no one behind" and this is the reason his team grew rapidly.
